Sarah, owner of the Plough, hands over two donations, one to PLAY after carols.

A Barn Dance was held in the Leigh Summer Show marquee on the evening of 26 July 2008.  Apart from being thoroughly enjoyable, it raised over one thousand pounds for PLAY and did much for the publicity of the project.

The quiz at the Plough Inn on 19 November 2008 raised more money for PLAY.  Sarah at the Plough generously provided the supper and organised the quiz.

Leigh Christmas Card  1,000 Christmas cards of Leigh church sold, raising £260 for PLAY.
Leigh Robed Choir Carol Concert on 15 December raised £124.73 for PLAY.
